Day 1: Naples Airport/Station – Hotel Naples
Arrival at Naples International Airport/ train station and transfer to the hotel for free time and dinner.
Day 2: Naples
Discovering Neapolitan street food. Guide in the back streets of the historic center with tasting of the cuoppi of typical fry food, the Neapolitan frittatine and the maccheroni frittata. Guide to the “concept” of the wallet pizza. Guided tour in a typical pizzeria with tasting of traditional margherita pizza and the typical fry pizza with ricotta cheese and cicoli. Educational path about the true origin and history of pizza margherita, flour for the dough, cooking methods and combinations with wine and beer. In the evening guided tour to NAPOLI FOOD PORN. The concept of burgers according to the Neapolitans. The new experimental pairings and meeting with restaurants’ owners.
Day 3: Hotel Naples – Naples Airport/Station
