To make the pickup, it is necessary to go in person to our travel agency in Vairano Scalo, Via Napoli 227/229 and equipped with a valid identity document (or with a proxy of the owner on plain paper, with attached identification document) and pay the relevant custody fees.

For reasons of hygiene and safety, perishable goods and those in an obvious poor state of preservation for which the owner cannot be identified within 48 hours will be destroyed or disposed of according to the ordinary procedure for municipal solid waste.
