Monteriggioni – guided tour
After breakfast we’ll leave the hotel and go for Monteriggioni.The guide will wait for us in this amazing country side.
Monteriggioni represents one of the most important walled castles in the territory. It has incredibly preserved an intact structure as if time had never passed on the hill from which it elegantly dominates the surrounding landscape.
After the visit of this city, we’ll leave for a nice wine degustation near Siena in an ancient vineyard.
Siena – guided tour
After lunch, we’ll arrive in Siena.Surrounded by olive groves and the vineyards of Chianti, Siena is one of the most beautiful cities of Tuscany. Set on three hills, the city is drawn together by winding alleyways and steep steps, whilst the Piazza del Campo stands at its heart, and the Duomo and St Maria della Scala serve as additional cultural landmarks. Famed for the "Palio", the annual historic horse-races that take place on 2 July and 16 August, it is also home to one of the oldest Universities in Europe, which ensures a vibrant Italian student atmosphere throughout the academic year.
Dinner and overnight stay.
3rd Day: Volterra – San Gimignano

Volterra – guided tour
Volterra is a charming town situated in the province of Pisa, not far from Florence, Siena and the coast as well. It is well known for its Etruscan origins and for the many remains belonging to this era.
San Gimignano – guided tour
San Gimignano is a small medieval village within the Province of Siena which offers a rich past and fascinating architecture. The city was built atop a hill about 300 meters high and thus enjoys a wonderful view of the entire Elsa Valley that surrounds it. The hill has been inhabited since the Etruscan and Hellenistic period, probably due to is dominant position that allowed a careful watch of the valley below.
Back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
4th Day: Firenze – back to the airport

Firenze – guided tour
Our last stop we’ll be the magnificent Firenze. Situated in northeast Tuscany, the Province of Florence covers areas with different geographical and environmental characteristics, including Mugello, Montagna Fiorentina, Valdarno, part of Chianti and Empolese-Valdelsa. At the Province's center, in a basin crossed by the Arno River, stands the magnificent City of Florence, one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, filled with historical relics and artistic masterpieces by the greatest masters of Humanism and the Renaissance. These creative geniuses made an indelible mark on the world’s architecture and art: Giotto and Brunelleschi, Michelangelo and Vasari, Michelozzo and Leon Battista Alberti, just to mention a few.
After the visit in we’ll have a free lunch and then we’ll leave for the airport.
